Cindy Floyd
Canadian Grain Commission
Cindy has been a life long resident of Thunder Bay. Married to husband Jack for 27 years, they have two daughters Georgia-Rae, and Alexandra, and share their home with two dogs as well.
Cindy has been employed with the Canadian Grain Commission for the past twenty five years in the Grain Inspection Division, and has recently been "loaned" by the Grain Commission, to the United Way for a 20 week period.
Cindy brings to this position, experience in an entrepreneurial business background, and a connection with the business community in Thunder Bay. She is a member of the Thunder Bay Business Women's Network and has been involved with several fundraising activities, including the Shelter House Relay.
In her spare time, Cindy enjoys cooking, gardening and spending time at the family cottage at Crystal Beach.
