The Annual Report is published each year so that the community can learn about us and the vital role we play in our community. It acknowledges our many volunteers including Board Members, Campaign Team members and our Allocations Committee. The allocations process and the financial statements demonstrate the transparency and accountability of our organization.

The report also contains information about our community capacity building initiatives including the 211 Telephone Service and the youth initiative under the YouthScape Program.

The Annual Report also allows us to show our appreciation for the Campaign Team volunteers, Sponsored Employees, Leaders of the Way Society, Corporate Leaders, and Employee Campaigns.

Our Annual Report illustrates how donations to our Community Fund make an impact on our community. We provide financial support to 28 local service agencies who deliver programs and services in Thunder Bay and region.
