Women's United Run , Stroll or Roll (May 7, 2011)

The 2011 Women's United Run , Stroll or Roll was a great success with over 1,200 participants. $26,000 was raised and will go along way in helping to create opportunities for a better life for everyone in our community.

The run, which began 32 years ago, promotes a healthy and active lifestyle for the women in our community.This event continues to be a great success in this community because of the many enthusiastic participants, volunteers and sponsors. New to this year's run was 'Walk a Mile in her Shoes' which featured men participating alongside the Women’s Run, Stroll or Roll.

"By participating you are not only doing something for yourself, you are also helping out your community."
