GenNext is Thunder Bay’s premier organization for young professionals committed to strengthening their community while networking and having fun. As a vibrant, diverse and talented group of young individuals, we live, work and volunteer in Thunder Bay and area.

GenNext strengthens our community by developing young leaders and involving, engaging, educating and connecting with each other in exceptional ways.

The United Way of Thunder Bay’s GenNext Cabinet is involved with meaningful volunteer and networking opportunities. Participants learn how their involvement makes a positive impact on Thunder Bay, while getting a chance to interact with a diverse group of peers and local professional leaders.
