GenNext strengthens our community by developing young leaders and involving, engaging, educating and connecting with each other in exceptional ways.

The United Way of Thunder Bay’s GenNext Committee is involved with meaningful volunteer and networking opportunities. Participants learn how their involvement makes a positive impact on Thunder Bay, while getting a chance to interact with a diverse group of peers and local professional leaders.
